Yes, No, Maybe list for couples

A yes, no, maybe list is a list of intimate ideas that each partner marks on their own: Yes, Maybe or No. Then you compare, and talk about the places you overlap. It's a gentle way to bring up things that are hard to say out loud.

    Try a short example

Five questions from our free starter. This is only a practice — your taps stay on this page, aren't saved and aren't carried into the quiz.

    1. 1. Would you enjoy making a sensual playlist to set the mood?

    2. 2. Would you enjoy keeping some clothes on for a little mystery?

    3. 3. Would you enjoy pretending to meet at a bar for the first time?

    4. 4. Would you like to shave each other as a moment of trust and touch?

    5. 5. Would you find it exciting to watch us in a mirror while intimate?

What Yes, Maybe and No mean

    Yes
"I'd like to talk about this or try it with you."
    Maybe
"I'm curious, with the right mood, pace or conditions."
    No
"Not for me." A complete answer that needs no explanation.

An answer shows interest or a boundary at that moment — it is not consent to an activity. Anything you try still needs a clear, enthusiastic yes from both of you at the time, and either of you can stop or change your mind.

How to use a list kindly

    1. Answer on your own. Separately and honestly, so neither of you guesses what the other wants to hear.
    2. Start with the overlaps. Talk first about what you both marked Yes or Maybe. That's where the easy, happy conversations are.
    3. Treat a No as final. Don't ask for reasons, bargain or bring it up again later to change their mind.
    4. Get curious about Maybes. Ask "what would make this feel good for you?" rather than "why not yes?"
    5. Go slowly. Pick one small thing, check in afterwards, and revisit the list whenever you like — answers change over time.

    How Uncover Passion does it

Our free starter is a 10-question yes, no, maybe list you answer on your phone or computer — no app to install. Many of the full questions go a step further with role-based choices: I would · Partner · Both of us · Neither. "Partner" means you'd like your partner to do it, not that you're answering for them. That way "being blindfolded" and "blindfolding your partner" can match up correctly.

What your partner sees: by default, only what you both want. Individual answers are shown only if you both choose Open discovery. No one else can see them. Guest answers stay in your own browser.

What it costs: the starter, inviting your partner and your starter results are free. You can try it as a guest; inviting your partner needs a free account. The optional Discovery Pass is $19 once per couple.

Free, no email needed. Each of you marks your own column: Y = Yes, M = Maybe, N = No. Then fold it over and compare.

    Questions couples ask

Do we both need an account?

No account is needed to try the free starter on your own — your answers stay in this browser. To invite your partner and save answers to your account, you create a free account with email or Google. Your partner makes their own.

    What can my partner see?

Each session starts in Shared interests only: your partner sees only what you both want, never your individual answers, maybes or boundaries. If you both agree, you can switch to Open discovery, where you see each other's full answers. Either of you can switch back at any time. Nobody else can see your answers.

    Can I save my progress?

Yes. Signed in, answers are saved to your account as you go, and you can pause and come back. As a guest, answers are kept in this browser only until you sign up.

    How does the invitation work?

After you sign in, you send your partner an invitation by email. They sign up or sign in, join your session and answer separately.

    What's free and what's paid?

The 10-question starter, partner invitations, starter results for both of you and one AI conversation suggestion per couple are free. The optional Discovery Pass is a one-time $19 per couple and opens the full question collection plus 20 shared AI suggestions. No subscription.

    Is a Yes a promise?

No. A Yes means you're interested in talking about it. Either of you can change your mind at any time, including in the moment.
