Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use Uncover Passion. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We will terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under it.
• Only share session codes and invitations with the partner you intend to connect with.
• Tell us promptly at support@uncoverpassion.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Uncover Passion is built on consent and trust. When using the service you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, pressure, or coerce anyone, including your partner.
• Create, upload, or share non-consensual, exploitative, or illegal content, or any content involving minors.
• Share, screenshot, or publish your partner's answers or results without their permission — respect your partner's privacy.
• Invite or link someone to a session without their knowledge or consent.
• Impersonate another person, or misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose or in violation of any law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

You own the answers and custom questions you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service — for example, to compute matches with your linked partner and generate your results. We do not claim ownership of your content.

• The Discovery Pass is a one-time payment of $19 (plus any tax shown at checkout), processed by Stripe. There is no recurring subscription for sale.
• One Pass covers the buyer and one linked partner. It unlocks the Discovery Collection (the questions included when you bought it) and 20 AI uses shared by the two of you. AI uses don't refill or roll over.
• A failed or cancelled AI reply does not use a credit, and retrying the same request is charged only once.
• If a payment is fully refunded, the Pass ends. If a payment is disputed, the Pass is paused until the dispute is resolved. Your answers, results and data download/deletion stay available either way.

Uncover Passion is designed for exploration and conversation between consenting adults. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.

Any AI-generated suggestions or content in the app are provided for entertainment and inspiration only. They may be inaccurate or inappropriate, so use your own discretion and judgment. Uncover Passion is not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match or suggestion will suit your relationship. You are responsible for your own choices and for respecting your partner's boundaries at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncover Passion and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, relationships, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service, and will give notice where reasonable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
